BENIJÓFAR CHARITY CAROL CONCERT

Time to KICK START Christmas, with the Annual Benijófar Carol Concert, Thursday 15th December 2011

Stalls will open at 5pm, with Santa arriving at 5.45pm, at his Grotto on the Square to see the children. Tickets are available in advance at 2.50€ from The Post Room in Benijófar.

We have a full packed entertainment schedule running from 6pm, to approximate 8pm, compared by everyone's favourite Mr Soul Man – Rob Brown, with Traditional Communal Carol Singing led by The Rascals and ADHOC Theatre Group, children's Nativity Tableau, soloist Rebecca Holt and dance displays from local dance groups.

The Torrevieja Pipes & Drums, will again march down the street in style, and the climax of the show will be the arrival of The Sounds of the Supremes, featuring 70's & 80's Supreme Karen Ragland, who have given their time before their concert in Torrevieja, FREE to support our charity fund raising, courtesy of Heat Wave promotions and sound from Night Out Promotions. All will followed by bell ringing and fireworks.

We hope smash last year's amount of just over 1,000 euros for our chosen charities of the Emaus Children's Charity (who desperately need funds at the Orphanage) and the Benijófar Social Help Fund (which provides food parcels at Christmas).

Raffle tickets are available in advance from The Post Room in Benijófar, Pinks, Vincents, Oasis and Casas Manuel. Top prize is a pair of ‘Right Size Travel Bags'.

Mince pies, mulled wine and other Christmas goodies will be available provided by La Plaza, Fratelli;s, Oasis, and Restaurant Catorce.
