They will also be placed on the most powerful property web sites in Europe in up to nine different languages.

RentalPropertyInSpain.com will also provide advice with regard to the correct insurance when renting out your property with particular regard to ensuring that clients are covered against non-payment of rent, damages and legal costs etc. The company are fully cognizant of all legal intricacies with particular regard of the new "Eviction Express" law here in Spain, recently introduced to speed up the process of eviction and to protect the landlord, and, on behalf of the client.
