Advice on selling my spanish property on the costa blanca?
Himy parents have a house in Laguna Green near torrevieja in Spain. They want to sell it privately to avoid the estate agents fees (which make the price unrealistic). Does anyone here have any advice on how to go about selling it privately. Especially anyone with experience. Do you know of any good websites where you can build a site for free advertising the villa. Or any good places to list it. Some estate agents here do an overseas selling service – however now is not a good time to be selling in Spain and average sales are taking years due to the number of homes the Spanish have built. My parents live about 20 minutes from Torrevieja, and they say that nothing is moving.
