COST OF SCHOOLING NEARLY 1000€

The cost of sending your child to school in the Valencian Community is on average, 910€. That's according to a study carried out by Tyrius which reports that the figure is slightly less if attending a private school, due to the uniforms being slightly cheaper.

The numbers will hit some families hard during these difficult economic times and accounts for the cost of uniforms, compulsory text books and general school equipment.

Prices vary between primary and secondary schools with the association of housewives and consumers advising parents to access closely what they need, re-use as much as possible from last year and carefully compare prices before buying.
