Advice on selling my spanish property??
This is not an advertisement i am just asking for advice on how to go about selling my spanish property from anybody who has experience with this. I have a three bedroom detatched villa near torrevieja in spain. I bought this house, my second in spain, through property developers Atlas. I was planning to rent it out, but now i wish to sell it. I have never lived in it, or even stayed in it, so it is brand new, it has a large roof terrace plus shared access to a comunal pool. I have tried to sell properties through spanish estate agents in the past, but they just seem useless. Could anyone offer me any advice on how i should go about selling it, or any websites etc where i could advertise. If anyone has previous experience feel free to email me aswell, i’d really appreciate it. thanks

Hello friend. I donยดt know when you have tried to sell this house but at this moment in Spain (as in the rest of the world, I am thinking so) to sell houses itยดs very difficult. I donยดt want to discourage you, but itยดs so specially Torrevieja’s zone (the Mediterranean Spanishยดs coast) because with the previous Spanish government (with Aznar) the people made many barbarities and buildings were done excessive to be the second housing. So, donยดt be your agents if they were useless but now they have it very difficult. Nevertheless it is a tempting zone for foreign tourism now I go to this point. If your interest is to put this house to sale for your compatriots, well then, you will see what itยดs the more effective way in your countryBut here, in Spain, if you are so far away I see, only, that itยดs better that you could do across real estate agencies and to lower the price more than you had thought about at beginning surely. Sorry. I put here for you the link of some agency of the zone, though I do not know her personally. I donยดt live there. And some web in Spanish to announcements. . . And the idea that I was saying to propose you:That is a zone, also of many campings with foreign tourism (foreigner for us, but all people no for you) also of hotels. Probably some person who spends the summer this year there could have a caprice by the zone to return other years. Now it comes the summer and the system of “little papers” almost cut away with the number of telephone and the e-mail, for the street and in bulletin boards of supermarkets, receipts of hotel, campings, etc. , usually works well. But it would suppose having some contact here or come to stick you itself these announcements. Think in summer itยดs more simple to arrent too. Try with agencies of your countryPatience and. . .
