At 9 am has been held the first of two plenary sessions convened in the day. Extraordinary plenary session the first one with a single point on the agenda, the application service control solid waste collection and street cleaning by municipal groups LV, UI and three council members of the Socialist group, Miguel seva, Worship and Antonio Fernandez Torres.
