AVOID THE MAYOR TO ANSWER QUESTIONS IN FULL ON THE NEPHEW OF THE CONTRACTING PROCUREMENT EDIL.

For the second consecutive Torrevieja Mayor Pedro Angel Hernandez Mateo, prevents a full answer to the questions asked by the Speaker of the Municipal Group of Los Verdes, José Manuel Dolon, covering several aspects of the awards that the City formalized Councilman nephew recruitment.

The Mayor has tried to justify the delay and the postponement to provide the information requested on the grounds that will be delivered in the coming days although in the past regular plenary session held on March 26, also was committed to answer in full today and this fact has not come to pass, failing in its commitment on record. Contracts awarded to the nephew of Councillor Recruitment audited to date with the date by the Municipal Group of the Greens are 14 and a total amount of the not inconsiderable figure of 377. € 274.85, and used the method of direct contracting for projects whose value exceeds 18. € 000, and negotiated without advertising for exceeding that amount always presented as the only envelope of the Technical Engineering Recruitment nephew of Alderman while cousin of Alderman for Culture, which is always who is on the drafting of projects, reports and construction management of contracts awarded. request audit of the records by the plenary of the Corporation.
The audit reports on the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the expenditure incurred.
The battery of questions to answer in Parliament.

The Municipal Group Los Verdes has therefore reiterated its demands of today’s date, requiring the Mayor Hernández Mateo to give the face and provide all requested information on these contracts and awards to finger which has benefited the relative of the two councilmen Team Popular Party government, and to explain publicly why he awarded to this very professional and not to other writing projects that have been commissioned.
