The mayor has announced projects which are to be carried out in Torrevieja with the new plan and approved by the government. New state investment fund local Torrevieja intended to 10.96 million euros. Among the projects to be carried out in Torrevieja with the second plan E for 2010 include construction of a residence for physically and mentally disabled or a project to install video systems and radar intelligence to improve road safety and public Torrevieja.
The mayor of Torrevieja, accompanied by the councilors Jose Antonio Sanchez and Joaquin Albaladejo, has announced today the projects to be funded in Torrevieja with the new E and the plan are intended to Torrevieja about 11 million.
The State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability 2010, must allocate 20% to cover current expenditures for education and social services, primarily to care for people in situation of dependence. Therefore be devoted to that concept in Torrevieja, 2,196,399 euros.
The remaining EUR 8,763,632 to be used, as required by this second plan E, administration modernization, new technologies, improvements in citizen security and participation and social issues.
One of the major projects to be funded with these second Torrevieja FEIL funds will be called “VYRIATO, a project of infrastructure and equipment of multi-service network to improve traffic safety and citizen of Torrevieja, through installation of video and radar inteligente.Un project involving an investment of 1,627,985 euros.
Another big story in the chapter on social welfare is the departure of these funds to be allocated to the construction of a residence of physically and mentally disabled with 2 separate pavilions. Residence which will involve an investment of 4,920,000 euros, which will be located on a municipal plot of 13,000 square meters Viudes Delphine Avenue.
Another action will be to improve the sewerage and sewage in streets renewal Liszt, Weber, Casals and Elgar, amounting to 395,540 euros.
On the modernization of public administration, which will benefit in improving care and service to the citizen, we found another 19 projects involving an investment of 1,600,000 euros as a whole. They are among others: general registry scanning incoming and outgoing council, automated archival fund municipal technical adequacy of the information service easements; extension of the corporate network of fiber optic electronic signage system, information system mobile interactive tourist; deployment of electronic kiosks that allow access to municipal web portal, consultancy support for the implementation of eGovernment in the City, or electronic security systems at sports venues dependent sports council.
